Aquarium of the Bay San Francisco

As you all know by now, my family has recently made the trip out west. The best part of the trip by far was our time with Mike, Denise and Hailee. Sadly none of us thought of taking pictures of all of us together! We did however take some great pictures of San Francisco's finest attractions. One morning the Hubby, Syd and I decided to walk to Fisherman's Wharf and check out the sites! Walking farther down we came across Pier 39 and the Aquarium of the Bay. It seemed to me that I had heard something from Baca (Grandma) about this place many years ago. Some years ago when the wee ones were still little, Baca had brought them to the Aquarium and gave it a great review. So we purchased our tickets and were off to experience all the Aquarium had to offer. Living on this coast we have been to some great venues to view the ocean life so we came to the Aquarium with a somewhat snobby eye. We were not disappointed. The Aquarium of the Bay offered all you could ask for and more. First I must say the staff was really pleasant and well informed. They were awesome at fielding the many questions that come from a nine year old mind! There was much to see and it was all beautiful and amazing.

These little guys are so used to human attention they jump out of the water to get you to pet them. They were super cute.
