We have been eating a lot of salads lately, everyone seems to be watching their weight. Apparently, I have been making too many desserts lately.
The dressing couldn't be any easier....take 1/2 cup of olive oil and pour in some Balsamic Vinegar until it is at the 3/4 of a cup and then add approximately two tablespoons of Grey Poupon mustard to it and stir well. That easy!
Use your favorite flavor of lettuce and then chop up a small can of roasted peppers, one cucumber, a handful of Kalamata olives, thinly sliced red onion and a couple of chopped up tomatoes and add some crumbled feta cheese and Voila the easiest salad ever and my second favorite salad. My favorite salad right now is the Taco Salad with honey lime dressing, it is so good you must try it!
I have better luck getting Mike and Hailee to eat salads if there is some kind of bread with it. I found these flatbreads and brushed a little olive oil on them and sprinkled them with garlic salt then grilled each side for a few minutes and they were very tasty.

This is my go to salad dressing, except I add a dash of honey and use just a drip of olive oil. It is the right balance of creamy/tangy/sweet.

I didn't realize U could buy Naan bread & do it yourself. Thanks for the tip. Greek salad looks awesome. I grow armenian cucumbers in the summer with some fresh tomatoes and it is to die for. Mouth watering.
