Taco Soup
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ cup diced onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can pinto beans, drained
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 cup frozen corn
1 14 ounces can Rotelle tomatoes with green chilies
1 28 ounces can crushed tomatoes
2 cups water
1 package taco seasoning mix
1 package ranch dressing mix
1 package meatless meat
Serve with taco toppings, such as sour cream, shredded cheese, sliced green onion, olives and crushed tortilla chips.
This was really good, I will defiantly be making this one again.
