My favorite snack these days is an apple cut up into chunks and then I add one tablespoon of protein powder that has cinnamon, allspice, ginger and nutmeg. I don’t really have a recipe for it. Depending on how big your jar is mine is a smaller one, I put 7 scoops of protein powder in the jar and added 3-4 tablespoons of cinnamon and one teaspoon each of allspice, ginger and nutmeg to it. Add more or as little of the spices to your taste. Put the cut up apples in a baggie or container and add 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons of the protein mixture and shake them up. These are really good!
They make a perfect snack…..enjoy!
